The New Year always brings a moment of reflection a chance to reset, refine, and improve.
Our resolution as a business is straightforward: to keep getting better and to let our customers hold us accountable.

Strengthening How We Stay Connected
Very soon, you may notice a new voice on our phone lines.
Her name is Trinity.
If you’ve ever seen The Matrix, you’ll recognise Trinity as the calm presence that keeps the connection open — making sure the message always gets through. That idea is exactly why we chose the name.
What’s changing (and what isn’t)
Nothing is changing about the people behind Yorkshire Green Heating.
Kenneth will still be making outbound calls and handling follow-ups
Kristine will still be answering calls and managing the office
Trinity doesn’t replace anyone. She supports the team.
When all staff are already on calls or when we’re closed - Trinity will answer, take your details, and pass the message instantly to all office devices. As soon as someone is free, we can text or call you back with full context.
No missed calls. No waiting. Just better access — coming very soon.
Looking Ahead
2026 is about building on solid foundations — improving systems, expanding services carefully, and continuing to look after the homes we’re trusted with.
