As Christmas settles in, a final note from us…

This is our last newsletter before Christmas Day a moment to pause, take stock, and gently close the year.

It’s been a full one.

This week is already busy, and as we move into the festive period we want everyone to have clarity, calm, and reassurance.

If you need us while we’re closed… you’re still covered.

  1. We now have an AI phone agent answering calls after hours. If you ring when the office is closed, it will take your details and we’ll respond first thing the next morning.

A moment of reflection…

This year, we strengthened the team, expanded what we offer, welcomed new faces, and continued to care for over 2,000 homes across Doncaster without growing faster than we can responsibly support.

We’re not chasing scale for the sake of it. We’re building something steady, reliable, and human.

In the New Year, you’ll see a refreshed website, a Meet the Team series, and a clearer window into the people behind Yorkshire Green Heating.
