A quick update as we head into the final stretch before Christmas…

This week is already fully booked, which is expected for mid-December but we’ve planned ahead so every home stays warm in the run-up to Christmas.

  • 📅 20 & 21 December — OPEN + AVAILABLE

We’re freeing up this weekend for anyone needing last-minute heating support before Christmas.

  • 📅 22, 23 & 24 December — EMERGENCIES ONLY

These days will be kept clear for urgent jobs only, so no one is left without heating on the big day.

If you need us while we’re closed… you’re still covered.

  1. We now have an AI phone agent answering calls after hours. If you ring when the office is closed, it will take your details and we’ll respond first thing the next morning.

  2. You can also message us on WhatsApp any time.
