A quick Christmas reminder… before the big day arrives.

Schools break up on 19 December, and once the decorations are up and families settle in, heating systems across Doncaster will be pushed harder than they have all year.

To avoid any last-minute breakdowns, we’re asking every customer to do one simple thing:

Turn your heating on for at least 1 hour a day this week.

That’s it.

This keeps pumps moving, valves free, boilers firing cleanly — and prevents the classic Christmas Eve panic where radiators refuse to heat up.

Before Christmas Day, please check:

• Every radiator (top, bottom, middle)

• Boiler fires up normally

• No unusual noises

If something feels off, this is the last calm week before the holiday rush.
